Walking the Walk

So I bought this USB pedometer and I walked around the bottom floor of the house 5126 steps, for 46 minutes, burning 406 calories, and a total of 3.07 miles! 🙂 I love this thing! plus who says you need a gym membership to walk it out? I feel so much better and tired (per-usual after I’ve worked out) but I feel better! walking the walk…
